Keep the Cover On – When not in use, always cover to maintain heat and cleanliness. 4. No Jumping or Diving – This is a relaxation space, not a pool. 5. Turn Off Jets After Use – Helps conserve energy and keeps the system running well. 6. Do Not Adjust Water Level – If water is too low/high, contact us. 7. No Soap, Oils, or Bath Bombs – These damage filters and cause buildup. 8. Children Must Be Supervised – Never leave kids unattended in the hot tub.

We had an excellent few days in this apartment. Location is brilliant, with restaurants in easy walking distance. Beautifully clean and the hot tub just made this place extra special. Cannot fault the responsiveness of host. Thanks!

The apartment is really nice, it has everything you need. Its a short walk to the centre of faro but there is lots of nice coffee shops on your doorstep. The beds are really comfy

We absolutely loved our stay at Fabio’s. The apartment was easy to find, easy to get into, on the 9th floor with amazing views, the sun hits the apartment balcony early in the morning and you have the sun until about 3/4pm when it starts to set (we visited in March so may be different depending on when you go!) When it started to get cooler and the sun started to set behind the building that’s when we really utilised the jacuzzi, which was a perfect temperature and so luxurious! The apartment is within a decent walking distance from all the places you want to explore, we were on foot and walked about 15/20 minutes to get to the old town and big supermarkets. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, had everything you need from shampoo to body wash, drying rack for clothes, basically anything you might think “oh I wish this apartment had this” you would find it somewhere! Fabio and his co hosts were amazing at recommending us places to go and were very responsive. Thank you so much!!

Great place to stay with a brilliant view over the city. The location is perfect for getting around — easy access to the train, bus, or Uber if you want to explore nearby areas. The hot tub was a real highlight and perfect for relaxing. Communication from the host was excellent too. Everything you need for a relaxing trip.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber, und die Aussicht von der Terrasse war wirklich toll. Es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe, die man gut zu Fuß erreichen konnte, und die Strände waren nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Fabio war immer erreichbar und hat schnell auf meine Nachrichten reagiert. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

We had a great stay in February. The balcony was lovely and sunny in the mornings and the hot tub a real bonus for a holiday at this time of year when it's too cold for a pool. The apartment was light, clean and spacious. great location, within 10 minutes walk from the seafront, old town and main restaurant/shopping area. And just 10 minute Uber/taxi from the airport making for a very easy and relaxing half term break. Fabio was very easy to communicate with and even gave us some great restaurant recommendations for our stay. Faro itself is well worth the visit with lots to do including boat trips and Faro beach, and easy to get along the Algarve coast for day trips by train.

There is plenty of attractions that will make your experience unforgettable. With just 10 minutes walking you can access the ferry to the Farol island along the incredible canals of Ria Formosa. Enjoy our local food in several restaurants that you will find just 5 minutes away, along with some bars, shops and the famous Municipal Market of Faro where you will find fresh fish, vegetables and fruits that you can use to prepare your meals and enjoy a nice evening in our balcony.
